The windows calculator can help if you put it in programmer mode. In my opinion, I just leave my persona at regular stats so I have a little challenge instead of one hit kill everything

Found Some skill lists from Vanilla P5 it has the codes backwards so its easier to enter then trying to figure it out yourself. It doesn't have any of the new skills tho
