As it turns out you can mod the stats, their just well hidden; kinda like Star Ocean 5 stats; my issue now is modifying the HP and MP... When I modded them I leveled up and used the Save Crystal and changed equipment as well and they stayed. there is a Plus Stats section in this game like most RPGs...
