Help with vita loading henkaku games filezilla

ve never owned a playstation before in my life. The guy that sold it to me seemed honest, I have his name and phone number and email address, so I believe everythings legit. He says it has games on it from the emulator, but I cant even access them. Its asking for his name and password when I try to connect online but it doesnt work, and I dont have an account. I have no idea how to do anything, but I was told it has henkaku 3.60 on it. i need to know how to delete his games and download my own. Im trying to see if the rom for the new SECRET OF MANA game is out for vita. Thanks
