An updated and fixed version of the old appDb tool.

Be aware that you should not import an old layout if new apps were installed or some others were deleted. (app updates are excluded from this warning, so you can update and import your old layout)
The result is unpredicable.

version 6.5 is up

fixes a stupid oversight when a folder name contains spaces, so import is now working in these cases.

be aware that format has been changed so you cannot import an old settings backup
export again in 6.5
