This is a fully customized livearea .VPK for Vita Activator. A tool to obtain an act.dat without use of PS3/PC.

How to:
-you will need a PC/Android and Vita on the same network

Hey, I'm liking your work.

Would you consider making a guide on the livearea editing (frames in particular) also where do you change the position of the actual game icon?

I guess the only way of applying edits are through reinstalling the app?
