From what I was told there is a data insert. I can't test yet but I can suggest - if you max our your AP using the quick code in this thread and then search for 32 00 11 and finding the bits after 07 00 0B and plug in that max value do you see 0 points remaining in your AP menu?
We need to verify that the locations you specified are definitely related to AP used and should negate the amount of AP you have and reflect as a 0.
Have you tried adjusting the value after searching for 55 00 11 and after 07 00 0B to 84 08 and seeing what it gives you?
My test idea ( I can try it tonight but it won't be until like 9pm EST with results tomorrow - sorry life with kid and wife lol ):
1. Export your current save while taking note of your Master Skill level
2. Load your save and add one ability point into the master skill level
3. Export your new save while taking note of the new master skill level
4. Compare the two locations on each save.
5. Make the changes that you found in the save with the higher master skill level to your save with the lower master skill level
6. Load your newly adjusted save and test
Example:
Save 1(2180):
32 00 11 used points is CF 0A
55 00 11 Master skill points 84 08
Save 2(2181):
32 00 11 used points would become CF 0B
55 00 11 Master skill points would become 85 08
So I would simply go back to my first save and change the values to reflect the values from the second save and should load in with 2181 points.
meanwhile both would have the max AP from the quick code shown here. The above is of course just going to increment by one or decrement depending on how you do it.
Note: The values are reversed, so in my case my master skill level of 2180 ( 08 84 shows as 84 08 ).
Sorry I cannot actually test but only view forums since I am at work.
