I played through the game once on normal. I did something (not sure what) and I lost my continue plus. Then I lost my ability to select chapters. Could someone have a code that lets you start on normal plus mode or at least the last level of normal. Thanks

Has anyone been able to change the difficulty to survival mode I have tried using the codes and advance mode but no luck, I have finished the game and got all collectibles, shiv doors, conversations and jokes just need survival mode and survival mode + for platinum trophy
