You really don't need that I mean just use the cheats already in the game to do unlimited limits by the time you find there level limit 4 you should be already able to learn it

The Quick Code for Debug Room is not right. At least for for slot one. Had to change value to 4100 at 00000B9f in advance mode. Tried to make Quick Code for slot 1, seemed to work, but couldn't find in the list after adding it.

The All Item Code is buggy also it doesn't give you all the materia in the game.

I'm assuming all items is meant for consumables, usables and equips, since Materia is a different menu and would store in a different place.

It should be noted, Level 4 Limits are not learned by using the Level 3 Limits or killing x amount of enemies. Each has its requirements, such as using BP to get Omnislash or going through the North Corel Huge Materia sequence for Catastrophe.

I believe he rather wants a code for many enemies killed per character. So each char got 300 kills for example :)
An easy way to do it, is to export your current file, do a few kills, save and export that one too, then cross match the 2 exported files for differences. You should see the one near where all character data is stored :)
