Would anyone be so kind to make "Have All Chaos Emeralds/Gems" for this please or a "Character Modifier Code" where you can play as Super Sonic?

Nothing seems to save I've been trying modifying codes like having 31 out of 32 gold medals but it always reverts
the only thing that seems to stick is 99 lives.
