Based on the replies, I thought the codes are not compatible with the PS4 version. I'll try it out when I get home.
The ammo code was pretty straight forward. For this one, I assume if I have at least one of the items I want to duplicate and apply the cheat, it will bring it up to x99??

Not exactly. It will give you 98 or 97 (I forget which) of every consumable item in the game, whether you have it or not before using the code.
Those codes worked for me, on the PS4.

Unless I missed it somewhere I didn't see in advanced mode if anyone has found how to max Social Links. I'm pretty terrible at hex but willing to try anyways. Thanks in advance!

Testing now
Nope. Wiped all moves out. Lvl 99 with absolutely no moves.
I tried every combo and the most I got were unuseable attacks with the physical category named g or attack.

values are reversed on PS4 this why i forbidden PS3 codes like rules says
