5 Days after Payment, still no Licence Key

Hello Guys.
I think you Guys are my Last Chance.
I Tried to contact the Support several Times but they dont Answer my Emails at all. Not a Single one.
I Paid with Paypal and the Money has been withdrawn from my Bank Account.
I send them 3 Different Emails on which they could Contact me but still no Answer?
Have I just wasted 50€?
