I don't see any IDs for them in the Item ID thread

When you say tools, do you mean the key items or weapons? If it's the former, it's due to the fact that adding key items is buggy as you need to set the flag in your save to acknowledge the fact you unlocked the tool, which doesn't work if you do an item swap.

By tools I mean the arcane items you get. Like Accursed Brew, Blacksky Eye and Exegloves
