How can I send rom to these emulator?
you keep the roms in savedata. Then when you launch the emulator you can go the the savedata directory and pick your roms there. You cannot put roms in the emulators or it like crash the exploit..

I have a problem the folder "ROMS.ZIP" can't send to vita with savedata, what can I do?

No way to transfer ROM to PSVita? cause FTPVita is not work.

How do you get the emulators to show up for install cause Ive litterally looked everywhere and it seems like people just epect you to know or something its just really stressful

once you transfer the game save I put on this thread to your save, they should show up in the 138menu in the install section.
