Is there a Whitelist hack for PSP and PSone games?

I've been using the latest version of the Whitelist, the EasyInstallers/PSVimgTools version, it's worked with almost every Vita game I've thrown at it. However, I have some digital copies of PSP games that don't work. Whenever I try to load Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars I get an error message. Final Fantasy III also doesn't work, despite the fact that the NTSC version is PSTV compatible.

There are also some PSP and even PS1 games that are available for download to the PS3 and PSP but not the Vita, and that's despite being Vita compatible in NTSC regions. Such games as Syphon Filter 2 and Burnout Dominator. Burnout Dominator and Metal Gear Solid Special Missions doesn't even appear when I try to transfer them from the PS3 to the Vita.

Is there an extension to Whitelist app? A version that will allow any PSP and PS1 game to load? I can understand blacklisting Vita games reliant on the touch and motion controls, but we're talking games that were never made with such features in mind. The Vita and PSTV have all the controls needed. With the Vita and PSTV rapidly becoming my go-to consoles, the more compatibility the better.

Some games are just like that as the whiltelist does open the doors for some PSP games to work that didn't before, Like my JP account, 2 of the 4 demo's don't work add the whitelist they work. So some PSP its hit or miss.. Now for PS1 games and PSP via PS3 you need CFW the games rif file and a few other steps to get them on the PSTV or Vita.

Like in this post.. hope that helps a little..

In that case, is there a comprehensive list of PSP games will work with the Whitelist hack? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link, but it says I need Henkaku. I updated my PSTV and Vita to the latest firmware as soon as I got the PSVimgTools Whitelist hack working.

Yeah, it's not easy to get them in without FW3.60 let us get to the game folder. Plus on 3.60 we can add kiosk settings to the vita or PSTV which helps you download the file/game that PSN won't let you. So FW 3.60 is a must-have for things like that unless you were around the day Sony messed up and you could download any game/demo that did not work. Of course Sony fixed it and the window was short but long enough to get what you wanted and never have to worry about games you can't play because you got the Rif file and that's the number one thing that is needed for them to work.

My primary need for Henkaku was the whitelist hack, but of course it was a bitch being locked out of the network and being unable to play new games requiring the latest firmware. If I was to get a second PSTV or Vita on 3.60, would it be possible to download the PSP and PSone games that I wanted via using Henkaku, make a QCMA backup of those downloads and then transfer them to my current firmware memory card or just update said memory card to latest firmware?

Is there a list of which PSP games work with the Whitelist hack?
