How to Write Files to Vita

First u need to overwrite the the email app database by using the writer.eml
to do this send writer.eml to ur email then receive it in your pstv or vita then click the image and close the app (dont click the error message)
writer.eml
.
then re open the email app and setup your email again
.
now the app is ready to write files ..
.
so if u want to write a file all u want is to rename that file to
#0
then attach It to the message and write the pathe you want in the subject
.
for example you can try writing this file to ur0:game/launch/list_launch_vita.dat to bypass the pstv whitelist
list_launch_vita.dat
.

can i set this up on my vita and then use the memory card in the vita tv and it still work? or does this need to happen on the vita tv directy

We need to be in the 3.52 or i can stay in 3.30?, in the case of my vita tv im on 3.20.
Also i saw a photo of a user in twitter that have an app called package installer, is that what install with that EML?

u must use pstv

Thanks for all the answers
But i have more sorry!. So in need to play with my app.db, can you help me with more information cause i tried to find it but nothing.... and can i use that app even i are in 3.30 or 3.20?

u must use pstv
okay, also how do i send the writer.eml file? i keep getting this file is not supported in this system. I've used the web client of gmail, and thunderbird

How do you write themes to the ps vita. Do I just leave it as a .rar file or what?

for all who don't know how to send eml to mail
Open writer.eml with Thunderbird
Go to Message -> Edit as new Message (Ctrl + E)
Enter your email and send to device
Also for adding attachment in email (when added right click on it and rename)
