I put this up for testing reason only as I like to make sure it works and it is only a full playable battle demo from the JP store. You should also be able to install this via the package install but this was done with Vitamin 2.0. Let me know if it works for you, and here a video of the game in action if you never played a Phantasy Star game on the vita.
