Neogeo CD Hombrew installing roms
Hey I need help installing roms onto this emulator. i'm on 3.50 with ape escape exploit. So far i have NEOCD.BIN and neocd.zip under my neogeo cd folder. When i start the emu it doesn't give me the bios error so i think i'm good there. I also made a cache folder. but the converter i got has errors saying windows isn't responding. Maybe a wrong romcnv?
