Need PSVita Emulator Final Burn Alpha that works

I normally I don't ask, but I need your help finding an emulator call Final Burn Alpha that will work on the PSVita in epsp and run Street fighter 3rd strike. I know it works fine on the PSP as you can search youtube and see it everywhere.

I had this working a long time ago around FW2.61 but I delete it to make room for more testing and games of course. So if you could help me that would be awesome and I really appreciate it.

Well FBA is a mix of mame and final burn, but if you can get it to work on mame I'll take what I can get. I just don't have the time to test everything. Thanks.
