Can content on ps3 be transferred to vita offline

Can content on ps3 be transferred to vita offline

Can i copy vita games from an offline ps3 because my ps3 is on a CFW and i don't want to go online with it.Both ps3 and vita are activated with the same psn account.

Hmm. it should work but not every digital game may want to work once placed in the ps3 and back to the Vita. I went with rebug CFW and have not had a problem with the vita and using the ps3 as a storage unit..
