Unfortunately not and this is a known problem with gPSP. Even save states are not staying. I'd like to try gPSP Kai 3.4 Build 225 but don't know how to set up the install in VHBL. I'm missing the correct data.bin and param.sfo files: http://wololo.net/2016/05/11/psppsvita- ... build-225/
EDIT: Looks like I fixed regular gPSP. Super easy fix.
