Games that require updated firmware

Is it possible to use ps vita games that require higher fw having instead the fw 3.36?

For example Abe new n tasty and geometry wars require at least fw >3.50 but I have fw 3.36 on my psvita order to use the VHBL, ARK, TN-V etc..

No as what happens is some game get updates that work on older FW, because the dev's use the new SDK Sony gives them the game will require you to have updated FW, which I think the new sdk is for FW 3.50.

For example borderlands works on FW3.18 but with the new update that came out a month or two ago it will require you to have FW 3.50.
