Playstation TV Whitelist Hack Help.
Playstation TV Whitelist Hack Help.
Hello, dear Community,
I would install the Whitelist Hack, but which version? I read about V1 and V2?
Must I install V1 and then V2?
Or just I should instal directly the V2?.

Re: Playstation TV Whitelist Hack Help.
No one can answer me this?
Re: Playstation TV Whitelist Hack Help.
Hey there,
no v1 is easier to install but isn't 'as good' as v2. And no they don't rely on each other.
So yes directly install v2 and you should be good to go
( Du kannst direkt die v2 variante installieren. Viel Spaß )

I can after I have the hack installed, then update and hack nevertheless still using?
Re: Playstation TV Whitelist Hack Help.
Yes. But once your database rebuilds, it will be gone and there is no way to reinstall it on a higher firmware. You can create a data backup with CMA though and use that if the database should rebuild.

Ok well, i am a noob on this section.Freakler wrote:Yes. But once your database rebuilds, it will be gone and there is no way to reinstall it on a higher firmware. You can create a data backup with CMA though and use that if the database should rebuild.
how can i database backup? should I, a backup before the update to make 3.60 or make a backup from 3.60?
I can also turn off the console completely or should I leave it on permanently?
Re: Playstation TV Whitelist Hack Help.
Okay:
1) Install the hack
2) Update if thats really necessary. I don't recommend it though
3) Directly make a full backup with the Content Manager Assistant (CMA)
4) Enjoy. (If the database decides to rebuild itself you can always re-install said backup)
And of course you can turn of the console!

but the database is built at the update not new ?. how high is the risk?
Re: Playstation TV Whitelist Hack Help.
There is a differenece between rebuilding and refreshing of the database. Its your decision..
