Vita update blocker down!?

Hey guys
I tried to use Vita Update blocker version 1.2, like I always do
but today I can't get it to work with on Vita (3.52), which I have done countless of times.

so I searched on google what has happened this week
I do see many people are having issues with the program.

Has this happened to you?
is there another program / way?

It works fine using it on any FW to talk to the pc or ps3.

First turn on vita update blocker and then set it up like you always do on the vita. Then launch the psn store it might ask you to update but all you want to see is vita update blocker spoof the FW, now close the psn store and go use cma, qcma, or the ps3 and it will not ask you to update.

I fixed it
I delete the .exe and downloaded it again and disable Avast

I found it weird that it suddenly didn't work and some people are saying the things on the internet
