vita ddeactivate

hi guys,
i have 3 vitas. 3.18, 3.36 and 3.60. On 3.60 i forgot to deactivate my vita. On my 3.60 i activate it with AC 1, forgot t deactivate it, log in with AC 2. Now I want to log in back but now it shows in my psn account i have 4 vitas activated.
I also did the deactivation of all ps system 4 month ago.
How can I deactivate the other vitas?
