Hi, my ps vita is stopped by a bit of firmware 3.1 I installed both tn-tn-x and see that I can use PSP and PSX games, should I upgrade to 3.60 in order to use henkaku?
I state that I do not have more ps3 so I just psvita.

That is up to you.. if you love I mean love ps1 games then stay on 3.18 but if you don't care and would like to have Henkaku then go for it. As ps1 games can be played on almost any device now days.
