How long dose it take to get your Save Wizard in the mail. I orded my save wizard on 9\6\2017 and its 9\29\2017 and it hasn't got here yet and I have left them 2 e-mails on there support but no one answering so dose anyone out there now what to do ?

Where did you order it from? Cuz, you of received an email after ordering it. Also check your spam folder as well.

I orded it from Missouri and I have been checking my spem Im 54 and this isn't frist time I have been down this road.

I've ordered mine through Amazon and got the info almost instant.

There is no place in missouri to buy them

if u bought it from a difference place u could have an issue
all codes are digitally sent

Skiller I now ? I used save wizard.net and I used paypal and there records show it was pad for and the bank shows it was pad for too . And I got my ID on my gmail and yes I checked my address to so now what I JUST EAT THE $60.00 .

u did not say you ordered it from the Site u said u ordered it from "missouri" thats a big diffricne then ordering from the site.
if you have the paypal info all you have to do is send them the paypal info via support. but normally you get the information right away. Unless you did what many others did used a paypal not tied to there actual Email address.

Providing that you got your license key, you would now download the software from the website. Hope this helps

Thank you ryuyabuki the down loud worked I haven't tried it yet but Im screwed if my hard drive goes down its a old cumpoter.

Not a problem moonie. I hope it goes well and also I hope you have seen the board post regarding FW (Firmware) 5.00 that was released today. If you haven't updated your PS4, Please be advised that Save Wizard isn't compatible with it. Other than that, I wish you luck with your save editing!
