3DSv11.0.0-33U blocks Sky3ds+/sky3ds flashcards?

no matter the sky3ds or the sky3ds plus ,R4i sdhc series ,R4i gold 3ds ,Ace3ds plus are all support the latest V11.0.0-33 !
