Has anyone figured our how to unlock all special moves without going through the story?? Would be awesome to be super saiyan at the beginning of the game

I ve tried using the quick codes but I cant seem to get them to work, I used massive damage better drops and greatly boosted exp but nothing seems to be showing. I knew the weapons weren't gonna change but the skills dont seem to be there? Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hey guys I'm a lil confused, the equipment mod codes that Krustytoe made are they for advanced mode as well?
