Monster Hunter World is quick mode only (unless that's changed recently) so you can't use advanced mode to hex edit it. At this point in time, there's no 3rd party tool to do so either. Weird i was pretty sure i was able to open it up with the advanced mode when i last looked into it. Ill check lat...
