Each soldier is stored on 3 different group of 4 bytes, and each group is located at very distant offsets from each other. Cracked a lot about MGSV staff, I mean... I can translate a good chunk of it into hex data.

Boy, it's coded in such an annoying fashion. I'll tell more when I get some rest.

Don't expect any pre-made Quick Codes, but I'll post some instructions.

You need to change their Stat Distribution Classification. Yes, I'm aware of that, but I have yet to find out how it translates to my Hex data.
