Sadly not, it uses multiple satchels for the same items, as long as you do not have more items than the cap of the 2nd biggest satchel it will go into that one and only when you exceed ...

BTW: In case anyone want to max items when you have the 99 satchel unlocked, the container ID changes from 50 CB to 82 45. The Quick Code supplied by Save Wizard only maxes out items in the 50 CB container not in 82 45. You can add this quick code to max items in your 99 satchels: 80010004 04718245...

i was able to figure out the item ids for the material needed for all the satchels but its a bit tricky editing save especially with savewizards advance mode its best to open save in advance mode export it open it in hxd or hex editor of choice edit it then import it back in save wizard and save it,...

I think the person who hack their save that above post mentioned might have edited the ledger in the camp as you have to donate the materials to make the various satchels available.There is a save online where they have unlocked the satchel of the East but it's at end of game so its working out wher...

The problem I see with the cheats on flag is that there's no way to find it with it turned on because you're unable to save the game when you turn cheats on to play the game. The save file only stores cheats you unlocked but haven't enabled. Think about it when you enable the cheats you can't save ...
