I never made any codes for Rogue Galaxy
Skiller is one made the codes

Save Wizard for PS4 and Game Genie for PS3
does not support Emulator saves they are different from native PS3 / PS4 saves

what cheats you looking for?

no one will help you to cheat on trophies
that against sw policy

you must have Silent Strike Skill brought
for skill code to work
