I thought I setn a reply back to you brother that the stats didn't save, that you had to change the ones right under that..where yours started off there was another set...its not the current/max its a duplicate of ALL the stats.

it looks like they can....I noticed after using the codes with stats it changed the name to have a + sign after them..havnt upgraded tehm in game but I would think that would prove you can at some point lol

yea I didn't try editing the cheat points themselves..i did the cheat % of eacch

Found the cheat point address...not the actually points but the exp mana weapon skill bonuses...its at 005aa800...gotta be careful and not put it to high or it breaks save game..made all values 255 though! edit instead of putting ff for 255 I did 0f 27 for little Indian or whatever its called 9999% ...
