If anyone's looking for a US Prey save (CUSA04493), here is mine. It's not at the beginning of the game, but several hours in, but the top 3 skill trees are maxed out, and I have tons and tons of ammo, materials, suit repair kits, psi-hypos, chipsets, batteries etc. Don't ask me to explain any of it...
