Where did they originally come from in the game? or did you create them? The way it works is the save file contains a list of all items in the game. The codes are based on this list. It's not possible to create new items, only add existing items. Some of these items are not normally obtainable. It'...

I published the codes for accessories/weapons on the spreadsheet.
XV is coming to PC so I won't be working on codes anymore.
Save Wizard needs to add save import support to allow 3rd party save editors. Copying and pasting thousands of lines of codes in 128 chunks is painful.

There are 1,726 lines of codes. That's almost as big as all the previous codes combined (1,916). The spreadsheet will be updated once the codes are tested.

For weapons, it means the weapon shows up in the sell list when talking to the weapon NPC. For items, it means it's not blank, has an icon, and description. found Bahamut's sword, don't know the id yet though. this is the best looking weapon in the game.
