Where can I find PAL Wii Virtual Console wads?

I've downloaded the Homebrew Channel to my Wii and I saw this video explaining how to install Virtual Console games for free using it.

However, reading the comments on the video, it seems the wads are for an NTSC Wii and won't work on a PAL Wii. Does anyone know where I can download PAL Wii Virtual Console wads?
