A little late but here is my little Identity Tool project called PSVident if you haven't stumbled across it yet.

With PSVident you can get Hardware Info, battery stats and settings information of your Vita/PSTV. The UI is of course based on the famous PSP version!

- added update values option
- added IDPS
- added Hardware info
- added CEX/DEX/TEST/TOOL & Mode detection
- code cleaning


As soon as there are more functions available to get detailed Hardware Info I will of course add that!
