Hello Everybody today I'm going to show you guys how you can make your own theme or xml for VPK Files super easy and fast
First, just drag and drop and input image (Png image or jpg image) and write your frame#2 frame#3 for your vpk and Enjoy.
This application will automatically resize your image and convert your image to 8 bit without using windows paint or photoshop. Your new converted images will be in the sce_sys folder.
