Nope, Nintendo consoles outside of the handhelds typically don't get them. Most save editing for them comes from CFW and the like.

Right now there's no public exploits, so unless you're a kernel genius there's no way to do it. It easily takes at least a year for those types of exploits are released and the console is still pretty new. So it will be a while.

o ok i didnt want to break the game i just wanted like a max money code or some sort o well guess ill got to wait do u know if the xbox one has a save editor as well

Xbox One just got a freeware save editor recently. Game support is low obviously, but it works fairly well from what I've seen.
