The code for Ada is no working, for Leon yes, but for her no. At least for me, when I take her control my life is down everyone attack
Died as Ada
quit game
copy autosave file to usb drive
on SW mod slot0 wiith Ada Super HP code
copy autosave file back to ps4
start game
pick continue
Ada should have Super HP
Note:
On Hardcore Mode NO CheckPoint/AutoSave is made for Ada gameplay.

Hey guys!
Totally new here, and hoping for some help. I've never edited HEX before, and have been using SW in quick mode for the most part.
Searching for the wooden boards in my file, I'm finding this:
Code: Select all
40 47 A7 3B 11 00 00 00 05 00 00 00 2D 72 75 26
F5 C5 8B AA 01 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 21 00 00 00 [supposed wooden boards]
9D B3 29 76 01 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF
9A 4E 4F 72 01 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
43 BA 2A 8B 01 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
8B A3 B7 85 07 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 03 00 00 00 [supposed amount]
E5 75 96 3C 11 00 00 00 05 00 00 00 2D 72 75 26
Ok great, so I've found them. However I now have 2 problems.
- Say I want to change the Wooden Board to the Mechanical Jack Handle. When clicking on the link chris83 provided, it shows the item ID for the Mechanical Jack Handle as 00 00 00 4F. And that same link shows the Wooden Board as 00 00 00 21. So it seems the IDs on that page are reverse?
- What exactly are the HEX values for the amount of something? I know that I have 1 Wooden Board in the Item Box, so I'm assuming that 03 00 00 00 = 1? Ok. What if I wanted more? What HEX string equals what value? Or am I hammering away at keys and hoping for the best?

21 00 00 00 wooden board Id
03 00 00 00 means you have 3 boards for that slot
Yes you would have to reverse the id. You need to change 21 to 4F, 03 to 01
If you are on playthrough A, you can save at the police station and search for F0 69 2D 11 and change the ID for stuff laying around or add more ammo to what is laying around. For example, when I reached the sewer location with Leon, I changed the handgun bullets laying around to at least x60 each since that was max. It's really fun this way because you can replace the Jack with ammo and change an ink ribbon or flash grenade to the Jack.
On playthrough B, you can use the auto save and mod stuff laying around because you are at the police station already.

Thanks. That helped out a bunch. It's very confusing for a new person to try and follow this, so thanks for that.

So are we to just add this to the save file near the bottom, or is there a specific HEX we're looking to alter? N00b here, so just wondering.
