I have nothing for BBS.
As for KH2, correct me if I am wrong but there is a Quick Level Up code on SW. I am under the impression it is actually Max Level/EXP. If it isn't I may be able to help.

@kitsune - kh2 quick level up is only for 1 lvl up not max exp. so im hoping for max exp for all characters and max stats if possible mate

That cant be right?
What region are you? My sora got to level 99 instantly after leveling up.

There's no time code for none of the games on kingdom hearts 1.5 & 2.5 also the only game that has change difficulty are kingdom hearts 2 the rest don't
