I can get to the window where you see the QM,AM,BUS But once I click on QM it goes straight to louding save.

its normal for SaveWizard to "louding" your FF15 save first
before see QM codes list
because its need extect the save file out 600MB

There appears to be an issue with this PS4 save. Plase delete it and copy it from your PS4 and try again
try different usb flash and copy FF15 from your ps4 again

There's a web based save editor for XV v1.18 which adds all items/weapons/accessories. The discord channel has more details.

Replaced with the web editor. The codes were out of date/broken.

So we just open up advanced mode and export the save then it works for the save editor? Do we have to import it back into save wizard when we are done?

i checked the list only one that was missing was the Giant CurlHorn and Hydraulic Cylinder ..

But with the 1.12 update there is some blanks .. i have updated the Treasures TAB . i have some blanks .

Im missing them 2 games from Treasures .. they should show up if u use the 1.12 version of the code inside the text .

Also anyone try out my V1.12 versions ? the original codes are from V1.05 so really old missing probably handful of items

Do you know if this work with the new update 1.18 also will you be undating this wonderful spear and will you be adding new codes for the assassins event?

Dude, it's been updated to 1.18 some time ago and the Assassin's Event items are on the spreadsheet too. You'll have to create the codes from what's valid. (The instructions on how to create your codes are also on the spreadsheet.)
