Can anyone make Quick Codes for both games such as:

All Items
All Clothes/Costumes
All Accessories
All Characters & Mentors Unlocked
All Story, Expert and Parallel Missions (With Ultimate Finish) Unlocked with Z Rank
All Nicknames Unlocked
Max Exp or Quick Level Gain

There's an accessory that can only get on Raid Mission in Xenoverse 2 and I really want it; sadly I always miss the Raid and fail to get it. The Golden Scouter shown here is the accessory I want: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ygQEIdZFr4&t=4s! Also the Metal Cooler Costume and Head are also pretty cool though.

Advanced mode is unavailable so it's pretty impossible to access the offsets and create a quick code

And for Advance Mode to be accessible for games like these is for the severs to be shutdown and it takes years for that to happen. I really wanted that Golden Scouter for all 8 of my CaCs. <_(
