Are you referring to Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster? That FFX?
If so then All Weapons and All Armor is not possible. There are Equipment Mod codes available though, to edit existing equipment.
Consumables is possible and was done on GG.
If you go here there are already existing codes.

ANyone knows the item codes for SUN SIGIL or the sigils,,, I cant move on to the chocobo racing please help me..
or anyone that know all items codes or Max items codes for ffx in save wizard.. PLEAse help me..
