i dont know what im doing with hex editing or hacking. thats why i asked.

So when i used the lvl 272 code for all percs. It only gave me around 64ish perc points. So i ended up doing the lvl 50 to gain 90+ points. Then i made a 1,000,000 exp code to gain to lvl 162 for 145 points. Then i did 4,000,000 exp for lvl 325 for the remainder perc points to gain all percs. So if anyone else is having ussues with percs. Do this method.

Xalace care to help with the codes you used? Please post the Quick Codes cause I know nothing about advance mode or Hex editing.

Also I noted that if you do the level 50 code first you get enough perk points to Max out your special then add another higher level afterwards should max out your perks I first did the 50 level up and then the 272 level and maxed out my perks just an FYI
