I got the caps to work and the stimpack code does work it's just you have to loot it from a raider or that was the case in my game

i think its cause i looted some caps or something

question on the level up codes
do you have to do these when you are level 1 and have no xp yet
or can you do it anytime?

can you tell me what you did to get the level up to work?
i put them in but they didnt work
do i need to do it when i am level 1 or can it be done anytime?

I'm so lost too @mater1983. I just tried the EXP codes but nothing happened. Whats the specific steps for the EXP codes to work?

I also tried using it while level 1 at the start of the game and still not working.
