If you do not mind using someone else save.Here is my save.

Beginning of the game, just as you can hire others for first time.No quest completed, game is on hard mode,some end game weapons and some other accessories.Rush stats are maxed, enlighten seven are hired and some end games units too,all their stats are maxed.
Later on, when you hire new leaders,their stats should be maxed too.

Take note:I had to increase number of available space for hire since is so early in game to have enlighten seven plus Khrynia ,Wyngale,Duke,Leucetuis,Yuniver combo.The limit should automatically
change after next event to 20,so i left two empty spots for Baulson and Ceadmon plus all generals.

Save is EU version as far as i know,other things you can add using save wizard.

I have a question for you sir, how did you accomplish this?

Do you have any quick codes? Could you let me know where the hex address is for these values?

I'm pretty good at hex, it's just really tough to find the values for max unions, units and recruited leads - as I'd like to have 7 unions of 5, which is definitely OK for game performance, as Xbox 360's version was modded in this manner and never froze, any higher and you freeze.

Did you add the elite seven yourself? Same for weapons, can you change the weapons your allies have?

I'll PM you, but please let me know if you can provide some insight - I just need a little push :)

EDIT- Found Unions, Units and Recruited Units, it's at Hex Address 000259DD.

Still need ID's and location of inserting characters... If someone wants to help.

PS4 save file and PC save file is identical, protected by checksum hence you wont find any save editor for PC version, but cheatengine works and there is a lot of trainers too.
As for max unions and characters,as far as i know about PC version, you can have max 7 unions(any more and game crash).It is pointless to add into starter save as every time you are in event that is changing a max unit and union number this would reset.
Anyhow the address is
@000259D8 -max union number
@000259D9 -max units(reserve)
@000259DA -max units in battle(current)
@000259DB -max unit in battle (total)
You need to change total and current together and like i said max value in hex be 07 for union number,63 in max units reserve,23 in max units battle for both.

It sticks for most characters sum do not get the max status tho
It did max the hp on my units

And use cheatengine to find the ID's for all these weapons and accessories shown in video? They are in inventory and are the best ones in the game.

I know you stated your save is at beginning, but I'm personally very close to the end and working on a perfect plat play through, of course don't really want to restart :)

I do not even know where the weapon address is in hex, I'd have to presume it's near where the items and consumables are...

The weapon hex address looks to be before the components... But I don't see where the ID goes... I might need to simply buy weapons one at a time and see what changes.

Hope this helps someone who might already have a clue about this.

@panadol79 please post here if you can review that PC save - as if I have the ID's, I could probably figure it out.

The Equipment ID and Accessories ID you can find in these files.It is all in INT32 values change to hex and you can edit it in(4 bytes long), accessories should be before the equipment block.

Thanks man!

However, I changed the ID's and the game still registers the item I had originally, but has the display of the weapon I swapped to.

Looks like you need to either manually add the weapon in hex, which is crazy, since I still don't know where to add it - including the other bytes with values which influence the weapon stats itself...

I don't believe accessories will actually work then, since it was just for display originally.

I'll edit this post if I figure out the best way...

In a file there are item values but you will also need to fill the rest of the values,looking at the hex of a save, for example :
8323993;Gremory Dominus;157;156;38;41;21;0
is
99 03 7F 00 00 00 00 00 00 9D 00 9D 9C 00 9C 26 00 26 29 00 29 15 00 15 00 00 00

Just by looking at it now,the values are unsign Int.
