The 99 item code....is that the max limit on how many items? Can it be 999 of all items.... Just wondering cause I've thought about getting the game before

99 is the max for each item if you try to pick up any more in-game of the same item they won't let you.

The game sort was supported I found some cheats here

I had to change the offset for the max stats so it would work and it was easy enough to workout where items were in save after using the max money then buying stuff and then searching for values. The max stat cheat basically breaks the game in that a weapon you find at beginning of game with max stats will be same as a end game weapon with max stats.
