The max is apparently variable going by the JP code. Here's the updated ver for reference:

Just tested it on US copy and it works, I have max social stats except for kindness.
now we gotta figure out quick codes for editing personas skills. I have no idea how to do this by the way. Some guidance on how to would be awesome!

I used the All accessories code and it gives ones which lets you cast persona abilities...im not too sure if those are legit or not. I need to go through the list again and cut it down

I don't think that is legit, but I could be wrong.
