I've found out, that you have to always use "All Weapons" together with and other cheats you want to use, in order to get em. Without using "All Weapons" you can't get rest of the items you want to get.

Wait, so you’re saying that if I only want the “all armors” cheat, I have to add “all weapons” cheat plus “all armors” cheat together? But wat if I only want “all weapons” cheat then? Becuz “all weapons” didn’t work for me

Advanced mode. You need to use your windows calculator on programming mode. Just type the amount you want "5000" on "DEC (Decimal) and you should see that amount on hexadecimal which is 1388. But on savewizard save file amount are always backwards, so 1388= 8813. So 8813 is the numbers you want to change into.

In order to change it to that amount you need to first find the amount of sepith, i recommend using max sepith cheat, since it helps you find the amount easily and change them each to 5000. The max amount for sepith is 99999, which is 01 86 9f, and backwards, 9f 86 01, just change that amount 01 to 88, 86 to 13 and 01 to 00.

In the first page you'll see the JPN website link, if you scroll down a bit you'll see 2 text files attached. One of them is a list of ITEM ID's the other is more codes.
